RD 250 race engine

In this chapter, all the experiences from the tuning of the RD 350 is transferred to a stoke engine with 250 cc. Beginners should start reading with 350cc. All tuning measures are reflected in the order, as I have done it.

Attention

The stock crank shaft does not stand the 10.000 rev of the JL pipes. These weights ooze out of the drilling cause of temperature and centrifugal forces at higher revs. The piston rod then scrapes lead off unitl the weight drops out! For more details look here.
